Shipping
Where we ship. Orders ship from Arapongas, Brazil, to the countries available at checkout, including Canada, the United States and most of Latin America and Europe.
Processing time. Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time. International delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and on customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your country.
Duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price or shipping cost and are paid by the recipient.
Customs. Supplements and cosmetics are reviewed by customs authorities in each country. Orders are for personal use, in reasonable quantities. If a package is held, we will help with any document we can provide.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal, processed by secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
Returns & refunds
Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at distribuidoraexclusivanutri@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Change of mind. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements and personal care products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund covers the product price once we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Product safety
Supplements. Our supplements complement a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; they do not replace them. Do not exceed the suggested daily use on the label. Keep out of reach of children. Talk to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication. Start Calm contains melatonin and is intended for adults only.
Cosmetics. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, except for Start Lash, which is applied at the lash line as directed. Do not apply to irritated or broken skin. Stop use if irritation occurs. A patch test is recommended for sensitive skin.
Storage. Keep products tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

A-Z Premium is a multivitamin and mineral supplement in softgels: 60 softgels of 750 mg. It combines vitamins A, C, D, E and K, the B-complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin and folic acid) and the minerals calcium, copper, chromium, iron, iodine, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, selenium and zinc. What is in Start Fit capsules?+
Start Fit has Moro orange extract, spirulina (150 mg), psyllium (200 mg), chromium picolinate (250 mcg), FOS (200 mg), inulin (100 mg), pectin (100 mg) and bitter orange (200 mg) per serving. 60 capsules of 500 mg; take 2 capsules a day with water.
